Terms and Conditions for Using Higher Education Abroad Services
Please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions (“Agreement”) that govern your use of Higher Education Abroad services (“Service”). By accessing, registering with, and using the Service, you are agreeing to comply with these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the Service.
In case of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any Recruitment Partner or HEA Student Partner Agreement, the latter shall take precedence to the extent of the conflict. If any conflict arises between these Terms and Conditions and any other agreement or understanding between you and us, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence to the extent of the conflict. By agreeing to this Agreement, you represent that you have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction, possess the capacity to enter binding obligations, and affirm that all information you provide to us is true, accurate, current, and complete. If you are using the HEA Platform on behalf of another individual or entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind them to these Terms and Conditions. 1. Application of these Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your access and use of this website and its associated services (referred to as the “Service”). By accessing, registering with, and using the Service, you accept the terms outlined in these Terms and Conditions. You also grant us explicit permission to communicate with you through email, phone, or SMS using the provided contact information. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, do not access, register, or use the Service. Throughout these Terms and Conditions, “HEA,” “we,” “us,” “our,” and “Partner” refer to HEA, including its employees, directors, affiliates, successors, and assigns. The Service’s purpose is to facilitate customers in submitting applications either independently or through an agent. We commit to provide the Service with reasonable care. Submitting an application implies your request for us to process it on your behalf. Our decision to accept the application processing offer is at our sole discretion. While we strive to process applications promptly, various factors, including identity verification, application instructions validation, contacting you, complying with applicable laws, and business hours or course availability variations, can cause delays or cancellations.
For each application you submit, you agree to pay us the Service charge in addition to application fees. Payment becomes due upon submitting your application. If your application results in HEA incurring charges such as chargebacks or fees, you agree to reimburse us. Accurate evidence of your identity must be provided, and your personal information should be kept up to date.
We do not provide any express or implied warranties about this website’s content, its links, or its accuracy. We disclaim legal liability for any errors or omissions within it. We also do not guarantee the security of any information, including personal information, provided to third parties through our website links. While applying under these Terms and Conditions, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of details before submission, as changes are typically not possible once an application is submitted.
2. License to use the HEA Platform
Subject to the terms in the Agreement and any Content-related restrictions, we grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access the HEA Platform solely for using the Services and Content available.
3. Refund and Liability
You can cancel a transaction with us after submitting it, up until we have paid the Payout Amount to the Recipient, subject to possible cancellation charges. Refunds, if applicable, will be credited to the original Payment Instrument in the same currency, accounting for any currency fluctuations. Company decisions regarding refunds and cancellations are final. We will refund any benefit received as a result of the cancellation.
Your account might be debited twice for the same transaction or face debiting even if the transaction fails. We are not liable for any failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including errors caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by you or a third party.
4. Confidential Information
You’re required to keep all Content and information provided by us, through the HEA Platform or otherwise, confidential, unless lawfully required to disclose it. You may be exposed to Confidential Information during this Agreement. You must maintain the confidentiality of such information, use it only as needed for the Services, and notify us of any misappropriation or misuse.
We will take reasonable measures to safeguard your data while it is in our control, including disclosing it to governmental authorities if required by law. Certain exceptions to confidentiality include publicly available information and information obtained from third parties without confidentiality obligations. Damages might not sufficiently compensate for a breach of these obligations, so injunctive relief can be sought.
5. Uploading Material to Our Site
By using features to upload material or contacting other users on our site, you agree to comply with relevant laws and content standards. Uploaded material is considered non-confidential, and we can use, distribute, and disclose it to third parties. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate material.
6. Viruses, Hacking, and Other Offences

The HEA Platform is provided “as is.” We are not liable for outcomes resulting from use or third-party content. Use content responsibly.
